You’re bacon me crazy!

Tuesday 4 June, 7pm– 9pm
Carnegie Library and Community Centre — Boyd Room

Like bacon? In this class, you'll get to try several varieties of hand-cured bacon and learn the science of meat curing. We'll cover some of the flavours you can add to supercharge your pork; like coffee, bourbon and even sriracha. Get your bacon-fix by making your own to take home.

Strictly ages 18 and up. Free event. Tickets $10. Bookings essential and open 9am, Tuesday 7 May.
