Sacred Spaces Fine Music Concert Series 2019 presents:
The Djangologists - Gypsy Jazz in the Garden

Sunday 8 September 2019 at 2pm

at Sacred Spaces at the Sisters of Mercy Convent, Singleton, Hunter Valley

The Djangologists are a 5 piece gypsy jazz band, performing music inspired by jazz legend Django Reinhardt while adding their own twist! Their line-up is Chris Higgins - clarinet/saxophone, Thomas Arblaster - trombone, Hamish Reid and Michael Napoli - guitars and Oscar Peterson - double bass.

Relax in the stunning front garden of the Convent, listening to an acoustic concert of blistering fast tunes, through to velvety ballads, and everything in between! The musicians love their audience to be a part of the experience -  whether you dance, sing or just smile, it doesn’t matter!

For further info about the musicians, see their Facebook page and hear them on Youtube .

You are invited to BYO drinks, picnic food, rugs or low seats and relax in our front garden. A delicious Convent-made afternoon tea will also be served. Additional seats will be provided around the garden. In case of wet weather, the concert will be held in our Community Room.
