Stocks, Soups & Slow Cooked Goodness with Jane Grover

A good stock is an essential foundation for wholesome eating; in stocks, soups and slow cooked dishes. Focusing on poultry; we will dissect a whole chicken, make a basic stock & learn to cook; Chicken & Vegetable Bone Broth, Slow Cooked Chicken & Brown Rice Congee and Chicken, Leek & Sage Pies, including making our own pastry. This is a demonstration only class for a maximum of seven guests & includes a delicious lunch with organic wines. ~ Saturday 24th August 10am-1.30pm ~ Cost $175
