Tackling Seafood & Making Paella!

Seafood simplified right here; we'll learn how to select fresh seafood, fillet fish, peel prawns and chat about clever storage and shelf life. I'll show you how to; make a fish stock, an aioli and tartare sauce from scratch, pan-fry fish and then we'll bring it all together with a spectacular seafood paella. This is a demonstration only class for a maximum of seven guests & includes a delicious paella lunch with organic wines. ~ Saturday 21st September ~ 10am-1.30pm ~ Cost $175
