Four Chefs One Mission
Join us for an evening with four of the region’s best Chefs to raise funds for Australia’s leading food rescue charity, OzHarvest.
Paper Daisy’s Executive Chef, Jason Barratt will be joined by Alastair Waddell (Harvest), Alex Munoz Labart (Restaurant Labart) and Jason Saxby (Raes) to collaborate on a four-course showpiece dinner celebrating seasonal produce with a focus on sustainability and creativity. The menu will focus on Seafood with each Chef presenting one dish utilising ingredients and bi products that are traditionally discarded in commercial kitchens to help raise awareness around food wastage and to show the chefs creativity.
The four-course dinner will take place on on 4th September at 7pm in Paper Daisy Restaurant with all profits going to OzHarvest to assist with their mission of feeding the hungry and diverting food waste from landfill. A selection of carefully curated wines, beers and cocktails are included and we will be auctioning a 2-night stay at Halcyon House on the night to further bolster our fundraising efforts.
