This Pre Christmas PD and networking event is sure to lift your spirits.

Join Interactive Drawing Therapist Florence Ee and accomplished flautist Sophie Manoharan for a live music experience guiding a self-care drawing session.

This workshop involves guided drawing inspired by specially chosen sounds of the flute to bring about a strong sense of self-awareness, self-connection and self-nurture, using music and drawing to motivate us to focus on what we love doing, hearing and seeing.

Guided drawing requires no artistic talent or drawing ability. Just come along and have some fun drawing and listening to a variety of calming tunes led by a musician-drawing therapist duo.

Presenters: Florence Ee is an experienced Interactive Drawing Therapy (IDT) teacher who delivers workshops in Australia and New Zealand. With qualifications in psychology and counselling, Florence has more than 12 years of counselling experience. She began her IDT journey in 2007 and she is now an accredited IDT instructor and supervisor. She works in her private practice "Mindful Doodles" and runs group workshops for agencies and schools.

Sophie Manoharan is a freelance flute player and instrumental music teacher and holds a Master of Philosophy (Music Performance) and a Bachelor of Music (Performance) with first-class Honours from the University of Queensland. Her diverse performance portfolio includes playing for various orchestras, musicals, weddings, community functions and events, international master classes, recitals and short films. She enjoys exploring classical, jazz, popular and world music through her work.
