Optimise your Mental Health through diet

The gut is the second brain! A workshop that explores the emerging science behind mental health, diet, and the gut. With practical tips so you know what to eat more of and less of - how to nurture your internal system and promote your mental health from the inside.

Body, Breathe, and Mental Health

Yoga & Movement for all ages & stages.

An experiential workshop to provide information and a ‘how to’ for the use of the body and breathing to promote your mental health. The role of the body in the recovery from anxiety, depression, and trauma will also be covered. Please bring along a towel to this session as there will be yoga & movement.
