Learn the secrets of using sugar as the preserving agent with us. Start with morning tea and a tasting of a range of jams and chutneys, learn the formulas and techniques to get that all important set and take home a jar or two of your very own preserves. Bring an apron, a sharp knife and wear covered shoes. Everything else will be provided!
