Masterclass with Alice Laing & Chris Manson

THE ART OF SEASONING: This Masterclass will show techniques for brining and curing and pairs sea salt flavours with some iconic Tasmanian produce.

The 2019 Bicheno Food & Wine Festival masterclasses program is action packed! Presented by SMEG, you can either buy a masterclass ticket and get hands-on with these tasty adventures, or simply attend as a spectator.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to have a general admission ticket to the festival to be able to gain access to the masterclass venue.
