Australian Seafood Summit

The Seafood Summit will take place on the first day of Foodservice Australia. Organised by AISP, it will have a global approach focusing on all aspects of seafood and cover topics relevant to all in the foodservice industry including trends in seafood, food safety, sustainability and supply issues, social responsibility, plus profitable and innovative ways to serve fish/seafood. We will be hearing from experts in seafood related subjects from Australia, New Zealand & further afield.
