Ever wanted to learn how to weave your very own cloth. Well you are in for a treat. Come and give belt weaving a go. Join in the small weaving circle and share the experience with other new comers and make a beautiful piece of cloth you can hang or frame when you get home

Belt weaving is a technique which has been around for a long time but has now transformed into an easy, sustainable and rewarding experience for all ages and levels.

In this workshop you will be using the belt-weaving 2DPI Rigid Heddle Kit, designed by Paula.  It is a relaxing way to learn the first steps of weaving a cloth in  a social etting as you will sit in a circle with 5 other participants all working on your pieces from the central pole giving  you a great sense of collaborative work. Paula will show you how to set up and thread the loom and then take you step by step   through the processes of weaving your own unique piece.

All materials are included and no prior experience necessary.
