A night of modern Asian cuisine paired with specially curated, conscious, fine beverages showcasing the very best fresh, seasonal produce WA has to offer. Menu includes freshly shucked local oysters on arrival, Shark Bay scallops, Carnarvon asparagus, Wagin duck eggs & Gascoyne Goat with flavour matched fine drinks to create a unique, fun-filled, gastronomic experience.
