A cooking workshop covering the science and health behind the Mediterranean Diet combined with demonstrating of some of the simpler authentic foods, like potato gnocchi with a range of flavours and individual sauces. Carmel will provide adaptable recipes handed down through generations, using only the best seasonal ingredients.
