Sauerkraut and Gut Health
A class focussing on the ins and outs of obtaining great gut health through fermented foods, we learn how to make Sauerkraut and sample a variety for this delicious food! We will also cover how to make it even healthier and more delicious with the addition of different spices and seasonal vegetables.
