Sunday School for Warriors
A monthly 2 hour class to develop the Radiant Body through the practice of physical kriyas from the Kundalini Yoga lineage. We will be practicing the warrior kriyas that develop strength, courage, fearlessness, discipline and sharp awareness. They are invigorating and purifying kriyas. Each class will also begin and end with a nourishing practice to ensure balance and consolidation of each kriya without depletion.
