Qigong Foundations

Learn the foundations of Qigong including all Open Sky Qigong Level 1 Standing Forms, Sitting Meditations & Qigong Sleeps, along with basic TCM theory.
Qigong supports digestion, healthy sleep patterns, self-confidence, resilience, balanced emotions, feelings of relaxation and calm, & physical, mental & emotional well-being, amongst many other benefits. Qigong is suitable for all fitness levels. The Open Sky Qigong Level 1 manual is highly recommended for this course.
