Women's 5-week Self-Defence Course
Our 5-week Self-Defence Course for women of all ages and fitness levels (16yrs+) is designed to empower you with the skills, knowledge, awareness and confidence to feel safer and be more prepared for an unexpected situation! The 5-week Course will include learning blocking techniques, break falling, choke defences, strikes, punches and kicks and ground defences. You’ll learn techniques for defending against bear hugs, arm grabs and headlocks, and how to deal with an overpowering attacker.
