Yin:The energy body (pranamayakosha)

In this intensive, we unravel with a deep focus on the breath as we travel the inner waterways or meridians lines of our body. The legs, hips and spine will be honoured with shapes to open and soothe lower body meridian lines and release tension in the spinal column. Beginning with shorter holds we build intensity increasing time held in poses until we reach a crescendo with long 10minute hold to finish before drifting down into a long savasana.
