Session 3 - Teaching Creatively: Drama and EAL/D Learners

Drama has an amazing ability to enhance literacy and inclusion in the EAL/D (English as an Additional Language or Dialect) classroom. Presented by Dr Rachael Jacobs, Teaching Creatively: Drama & EAL/D Learners will showcase strategies that address literacy outcomes and language acquisition through Drama. Process drama approaches also build a humanising curriculum that connects language and body, accessing the learner’s creativity and imagination.
