MEET: Moving & Expressing Emotions Technique

As mammals, we humans have evolved to feel and express a full range of emotions. But in modern Western culture many of us learn to shut down emotions, especially anger, fear, shame and sadness. This can set up lots of problems, including illness, relationship difficulties, lack of energy and motivation, social isolation and disempowerment.

In this transformative online workshop, you will learn simple techniques for tuning into, feeling and expressing a fuller range of emotions.
