MoreArt Welcome Ride

Jetnikoff Bicycles Co. presents

MoreArt Welcome Spring Ride

WHAT: Celebrate the launch of the MoreArt Public Art event with a guided bicycle tour along the Upfield train line, stopping by at our new friends on the bike path, independent bike shop Jetnikoff. Participating artists will be on hand to discuss their works on site, we take a stroll around the RMIT-Artland installations and the ride will conclude at MoreArts launch party at the Mechanics Institute Brunswick. Stick around for some complimentary nibbles and a drink to quench your thirst, accompanied by quirky-folk West Brunswick tunes from Susy Blue.

Starting 12.30pm at Coburg Station, Coburg

Finish 3pm at Mechanics Institute, Brunswick.

Cost: Free

We ride at a leisure pace for 2.5 hrs, staying mainly on the Upfield bike path. As we'll be looking at over 15 artworks along the route, the ride is also a great stopping and starting exercise. If you're new to bike riding or would like to bring your small family members along, please get in touch with Ben via info@thesqueakywheel.com.au, so both of us can get prepared.

Bring: working bicycle + bell, helmet, water, camera/phone

More info on rides, artists and the show come from The Squeaky Wheel or you can stay in touch via Get MoreArt FB page and The Squeaky Wheel's Twitter.

VENUE: outdoor, along the Upfield train line
