Online Mindfulness Day

Saturday 6 June from 9.30am till 4.30pm. This will be a day of guided and unguided meditation sessions on basic Shamatha and Vipassana techniques, using Zoom online. Once participants have booked they will be sent a link to the Zoom meeting. You will need a computer, laptop, tablet or phone, mostly enabled for microphone but also for video. You can google Zoom to watch their "Join a Meeting" video for some tips on how to join.
