Getting the Meditation Habit - Weekly Online Video Classes

In this series of classes, you will learn how to identify your bad mental habits and understand how to change them into positive habits that bring health and happiness. These classes focus on how meditation can help us overcome the feelings of dissatisfaction that lead us into bad habits. We will also look at how to develop a daily meditation habit. Each video class will be available to watch for one week after it is published.
