NERAM Kids: After School Art (Ages 6 - 12 yrs) - Term 3 2020
Join us on Wednesday afternoons for our NERAM Kids: After School Art program!
This program is eligible for the NSW Creative Kids vouchers, so be sure to register your voucher to NERAM!

Kids will explore the natural world, from wildflowers to natural disasters, as well as extinct animals and fantasy realm creatures.
Kids will engage with a variety of mediums including acrylic paint, pencil, clay, and mixed media. This program aims to provide a kaleidoscope of experiences to engage young people in bringing art and their ideas around the environment, from the mind to medium.

- Venue: Packsaddle Studio, located at the back of NERAM. External access only.
Creative Kids: $165 Friends of NERAM, $190 General ($19.00 a week) for 10 weeks
General: $265 Friends of NERAM, $290 General ($29.00 a week) for 10 weeks
Prices for Term 3 are inclusive of a temporary $15 Cleaning Fee. To adhere with COVID-19 hygiene protocols, the Packsaddle Studio will undergo a professional clean after every lesson to ensure the health and safety of our class facitilators and students, which allows us to facilitate classes at this time.
Maximum 12 students, so be sure to book in quick! We require 9 students for this class to go ahead.

About the Teacher:
This class is taught by Armidale local, artist and arts educator, Peta Moore. Peta has a Bachelor of Social Science, a Diploma in Education and a Diploma in Visual Arts and has twenty years teaching experience across years K-12. Peta has taught numerous school holiday workshops for children at NERAM over many years, and is now joining us for our weekly after school program.
In light of COVID-19, there will be additional hygiene procedures that the class faciliator will direct students to follow throughout Term 3. Parents of booked students will be advised on details prior to the start of the new term. The running of this art class is still subject to change in light of Government implementation of COVID-19 restrictions.
