Mediterranean Garden Design. ADFAS Perth

hero
W.A Art Expert Lecture. Mediterranean gardens have been shaped by rich cultural influences, from Ancient Egypt and Persia to Hispano-Moresque and Modernist design. Classical Roman and Renaissance concepts aligned the garden with the villa, adding rills, pools, topiary and sculpture to make an architectonic whole. . The structural forms, design elements, colours, scents & the presence of water continue to have a living impact on our gardens today. Sue Geddes-Page is a Principal Lecturer at NMTAFE
