Overcoming Stress & Anxiety - Online Course

In this online video course with guest Teacher Gen Kelsang Lhachog, learn how how we can stay calm in all situations, by learning to accept painful feelings without being panicked by them. In this way we can combat negative states of mind and create a sense of mental freedom. The course consists of two video classes.
