Thursday 4 and Friday 5 May

Cyberbile is a candid, moving and sometimes shocking glimpse into the online world of today’s teen generation. The play reveals the story of Oriana Mathews, a student who starts up a project exploring issues of cyber-bullyingbut ends up getting caught in a web of rumours and abuse.
The play is staged around interviews (conducted by students from PLC Sydney) with students from school, their parents, teachers and professional counsellors exploring opinions around cyber-bullying. Sometimes frightening, more often courageously funny, Cyberbile is a play for any parent who is worried about their child’s relationship to the online community or any young person who wants to understand how to survive the bullying that technology can uniquely unleash. Cyberbile is a provocative play that will challenge your views.
Please be advised that this production contains strong themes and language. Parental guidance is recommended for those under 15 years of age.
