WHAT: A five week introductory course in meditation. Learn a variety of techniques, including mindfulness, breath awareness, visualisation and chakra healing. 

You are booking for 5 90 minute session which take place weekly from May 31st.

When: Saturdays at 2pm from May 31st for 5 weeks.
