Join us for an eight week journey into Mindfulness. You'll learn about the 3 Characteristics and the 7 Key Attitudes to Mindfulness. And then learn ways to integrate your new knowledge of Mindfulness into your balanced, personal Wheel of Life and how to utilise your Mind, Body, Spirit and Environments to creatively build positive thought patterns by changing neural pathways.This program is supported y the Hobsons Bay City Council through its Make it Happen Grant Program.
