Specialising in supporting and growing franchise brands. A proven senior operational executive with over 25 year’s extensive experience in both the Corporate and Franchising sectors. Tanya has worked with some of Australia’s best known, franchise and retail brands.
Tanya has worked for and with small franchisors trying to grow to critical mass to ensure ongoing success; and large established franchisors working to remain innovative and responsive to their franchisees and customers.
With more than 16 years of managing high performing team’s supporting her ethos that a supportive and collective environment allows individuals to excel and grow by empowering and encouraging ownership, benefiting both the company and the individual.
Tanya has been an active elected member of the Franchise Council of Australia Victorian Chapter for over 12 years serving as President for 4 years.
Andy Lester, General Manager, Expr3ss!
Emigrating to Australia in 1997 working in the communications space then owning a mailing house before working closely with Carolyne Burns and Dr Glyn Brokensha the Co-founders of Expr3ss! Predictive Hiring Technology. If he could have used this software when recruiting staff in hospitality and the mailing house, it would have saved so much time, effort and money.
Andy has spent the last 10 years working closely with businesses such as Mad Mex, Anytime Fitness, Cash Converters and many more to assist in streamlining their recruitment for head office and franchisees alike. Ensuring compliance in recruitment processes and brand consistency whilst reducing the cost through reduction in staff turnover and paid job boards.

Hannah Dunlop, Head of People & Culture, CouriersPlease
Hannah Dunlop is the Head of People & Culture at CouriersPlease. Reporting directly to CEO, Richard Thame, Hannah is a vital member of the Senior Leadership Team, dynamically driving the people strategy, whilst leading organisational capability, engagement and retention. Hannah is also the Principal Consultant of Human Resources Aligned, providing advice and support to small-medium businesses from a range of industries. Hannah was previously the National HR Business Partner at Capital Transport, overseeing the people needs of 2000 employees and contractor owner drivers.
Hannah possesses a varied range of experience across all areas of Human Resources and thrives on engaging teams to ensure everyone understands the role they play and the impact they have in achieving business goals. As a values-driven leader, Hannah emphasises the importance of workplace culture in enabling overall business performance and strives to identify innovative ways to improve employee experience.
Arthur McColl, Chief Executive Officer, Frontline Recruitment Group
Arthur is CEO & Board member of both Frontline Recruitment Group & Express Employment Professionals in Australia & New Zealand. Arthur has 35 years’ experience in the health, fitness, hotel & spa industry spanning large multi-site brands. Arthur was headhunted to return to Sydney as CEO of Anytime Fitness, the brand saw extraordinary success under his leadership. Mid ‘17 he became Group CEO of Collective Wellness Group (CWG) who operate Anytime Fitness, Orangetheory Fitness and Xtend Barre growing to over 550 locations across Australia. Now keen to pivot and replicate his success in a new sector by applying his experience in multi site and multi brand franchising. Arthur joined EEP & FRG and has been focused on a strategic review and major expansion of both brands into 2021 and beyond. He placed 2nd in the 2022 Australian Top 30 Franchise Executive Awards and remains close to the wellness sector as Non Executive Director of Chain Collective Group who own franchise brands Plus Fitness, HIIT Republic & Rebalance.
Lisa Fisher, HR Director, Retail Zoo
Lisa Fisher has been working in the Retail and QSR sectors for over 20 years. Lisa’s experience covers both store operations and HR from both a company and franchise perspective. Lisa is the HR Director for Retail Zoo - holding company of Boost Juice, Salsas Fresh Mex, Cibo Espresso and Betty’s Burgers. Her role is responsible for all facets of people and culture for all brands both company and franchise. Lisa is a commercially focused HR professional who draws upon her operational background to support her business partners. Retail Zoo pride themselves on being a fair employer and are serious in their responsibility of ensuring all team members are paid and treated fairly.
