Farmhouse Ferments - Cultured Milk Workshop.


Learn how to make cultured milk products including kefir, yoghurt, creme fraiche, cultured butter and simple cheeses in your own kitchen.

We'll have a lot of fun and you'll leave with hands on experience, a comprehensive set of notes, your very own cheese pet (kefir grain) so you can make cultured milk products using any kind of milk and samples to take home in glass jars.

This is a half day (3 hr) workshop starting with  a delicious morning tea on arrival at 9am for a 9.30 start, finishing at 12.30. Cost $99.

We limit this workshop to ten lucky people so you get lots of opportunities to be hands on and ask questions!
