Farmhouse Ferments - Cultured Vegetable Workshop.
Learn how to make health giving cultured, probiotic vegetable ferments like kraut and kimchi in your own kitchen.
We'll have a lot of fun and you'll leave with hands on experience, a comprehensive set of notes and jars of ferments made with your own fair hands to take home and enjoy.
This half day (3 hr) workshop begins at 1.15 for a 1.30 start, finishing at 4.30 with a delicious afternoon tea. Cost $99.
We limit this workshop to ten lucky people so you get lots of opportunities to be hands on and ask questions!
