Don’t miss this opportunity to hear two of Bega’s most senior executives share the ‘secret’ ingredient of their success - commercial acumen – and to workshop their key learnings.
Paul van Heerwaarden, Chief Executive Officer of Bega Cheese Limited, will discuss the commercial drivers around Bega’s growth and decision to diversify from Dairy.
Antonietta Timms, Executive General Manager Operational Excellence, will share her reflections on how building commercial acumen has supported her journey from joining Bega Cheese via an acquisition to her role on the Executive team.
You will apply the insights provided by Paul and Antonietta to a case study. Working in teams, you will then be given information about a hypothetical business and asked to make commercial decisions to drive the future of the company.
