Winter Self-Care and Personal Leadership Circle
Winter naturally calls your body to go within, with its cool temperatures and minimal light. If only you would listen to its calling, you would experience winter differently and move through this season with graceful ease, instead of getting affected by S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder) or winter illnesses.
I know that the world doesn’t stop with the change of seasons and you don’t have to. Through making different choices in your day-to-day that support your conscious intention and your own self-care, you might just find yourself enjoying winter.
In this circle, you’ll:
- Bring awareness to what unconsciously drives your daily actions
- Become aware of your personal stress triggers and develop techniques for eliminating and/or minimising stressful situations that will fit in well with your busy schedule.
- Learning grounded feminine ways for your own self-care on a physical, mental, and emotional level
- Coming up with a self-care plan for your winter
This will be a nurturing and compassionate space where you’ll feel seen, heard and supported. Experience firsthand the easy practices you can use at home to release tension in your body, calm the worries in your mind, feel lighter and happier so you can sleep better and have lots of energy.
You’ll be encouraged to participate at your own comfort level in meditation, movement, sharing, journalling and healing. You’ll realise that you’re not alone in your experiences and walk away with new wisdom gained for your own life.
We will close circle with a ritual to bridge your conscious intention with energy to the material world, with the support of the healing energy of Reiki.

- Cancellations within 7 days of event due to non-medical reasons are non-refundable.
- Cancellations within 7 days of event due to medical reasons can go towards another event or service if a medical certificate is provided.
If you feel the workshop has not been beneficial to you at all, you can claim full refund within 2 days from the workshop, no questions asked.
HI, I'M ABI! YOUR FACILITATOR
My name is Abigail Tamsi and I have a passion for self-discovery, inner transformation, and gathering women together.
My spiritual journey started more than six years ago to heal my anxiety and depression during a challenging period of my life. Meditation, self-love practices, energy-healing, and somatic therapy have been core to my own personal growth and transformation to becoming an embodied and empowered modern woman.
I'm currently a single mum to two teenage daughters and while I'm still a full-time corporate professional, I'm also a Reiki Master Teacher, Magnified Healing® 1st Phase Master Teacher, Embodied Inner Alchemy™ Practitioner and Women's Facilitator, holds a training certificate from the Path of Self Love School's Module Transforming Self Bullying + Self Sabotaging Habits into Self Loving Actions with Christine Arylo, and currently finishing my Certificate in Meditation and Holistic Human Development. I feel that empowering women is core to my spiritual purpose during this lifetime and simply hope to share what I have been blessed with to others for the Highest Good of all.
