Understand how to make a sourdough starter and keep it alive. Learn to mix, knead, shape and prove sourdough. Discover which flours are suited to sourdoughs. Take home a loaf you have shaped and baked, and a loaf to bake at home as well as the beginnings of your own sourdough starter.
