Terms and Conditions  −  RAW Comedy Canberra Heats

1. The content of each show has been determined by the comedian(s) themselves and not by the Canberra Comedy Festival. The Canberra Comedy Festival is not responsible or liable for the content of the performance.
2. Canberra Comedy Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and / or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
3. Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.
4. Audio and video recording devices, including still photography, are not permitted inside performance venues unless authorised by the Canberra Comedy Festival.
5. It may be a condition of entry to individual events that ID is required to be produced to the Canberra Comedy Festival or associated staff members. Where concessions are available, suitable ID must be produced for admission.
6. Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Canberra Comedy Festival, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
7. Entry may be refused if ticket purchases are incomplete or are not purchased from Canberra Comedy Festival or other authorised points of sale.
8. Refunds are offered at the sole discretion of the Canberra Comedy Festival. Canberra Comedy Festival is under no obligation to provide a refund except as required by law. Canberra Comedy Festival will provide refunds in the event that an event is cancelled or significantly altered from the event advertised at the time of sale. All refund enquiries are to be directed to the ticketing support team at ticketing@canberracomedyfestival.com.au
9. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
10. It is not transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
11. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
12. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
13. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site, and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.com
14. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, Canberra Comedy Festival is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. 15. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
16. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
17. This ticket is your TAX INVOICE, issued by Canberra Comedy Company Pty Ltd Trading as Canberra Comedy Festival, ABN 39 600 945 426. The cost is GST inclusive.
18. All persons entering the venue enter at their own risk and must comply with the reasonable directions of festival staff.
19. Your image may be captured and used by the Festival official photographers and used in Social and other Media.
