Gems of the Outback – PSQ Convention 2018 Event Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration
All cancellations must be made in writing to emeraldpsq2018@gmail.com

Up to 31 December 2017: Cancellations received up to 31 December 2017 will incur an administration fee of 25%.
1 January – 31 March 2018: Cancellations received between 1 January and 31 March 2018 will incur an administration fee of 50%.
1 April 2018 onward: Cancellations received from 1 April 2018 will not be eligible for a refund.


Cancellation of Gems of the Outback – PSQ Convention 2018 by Emerald Photographic Club Inc.

Emerald Photographic Club Inc. reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to Gems of the Outback – PSQ Convention 2018, for any circumstances beyond the Emerald Photographic Club Inc.'s reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of an event itself.
Emerald Photographic Club Inc.'s maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the registration fee. Emerald Photographic Club Inc. accepts no additional liability for travel costs, accommodation costs, or any other additional costs incurred.

Polo shirt orders received after 1 April 2018 may not be available to collect at the convention and may incur a delivery fee.


TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
