All AMA Events and Markets have a Marketing strategy. Strategies will vary from event to event. To ensure a successful event for all parties involved, Stallholders must take some responsibility in Marketing their attendance with AMA through your social networks. Marketing material can be found on our Facebook events or email us for appropriate material.
Please bring lights for use within your stall. Ambient light will be provided for public areas but this will not be sufficient to Show case your stock.
Please being leads at least 25m long. Also note power is per outlet, we will not allow use of power boards, all leads and electrical equipment MUST be Tagged and Tested by a qualified electrician.
We cannot allow vehicular movement within the event area during event open hours, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Any items that have been hired will be available from AMA Staff upon arrival. Please note Gazebos are no longer available for hire.
WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS
If we decide to cancel a market due to weather, you will advise by text message and by post on our Facebook group pages. Fees will be moved to another suitable date.
Event booking cancellations will incur a 100% fee. No refunds are given if cancellation is made once booked. Special circumstances will be taken into consideration by the event organiser if necessary.
Please ensure you complete the local Council Form temp food forms. The form for the local council of the event will be attached to your booking confirmation email. It is your responsibility to ensure these forms are completed and submitted. Failing to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and no refunds given.

AMA staff will be around at Market open time to collect your payment in full. Please have this ready. If you elect to cancel within 14 days for any reason you will be asked to pay for your space immediately, if you refuse to do so we will cancel all existing bookings and your code with no refund or free stalls as included in member ship fee.
Please bring a cheerful and professional attitude to our event. There will always be good and bad days, and our staff will always understand and try to help with that. As you know a friendly persona goes along way and that absolutely works both ways.
If you have anything to suggest or would like to offer feedback this can be done anonymously at every market or of course an email is welcome.
