Terms and Conditions  −  NSW Residential Dignity Therapy Training Workshop

It is recommended that participants read "Dignity Therapy: Final Words for Final Days" by Harvey Max Chochinov prior to attending the workshop.  Additional readings, templates and materials will be supplied.

Bringing a laptop or iPad and recording device (smartphone or digital recorder) is highly recommended.

Each workshop will close regular registration two weeks prior to the workshop.  Late registrations may be accepted depending on the setting.  Cancellations before the regular registration deadline will incur a $100 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given after the registration deadline, but registrations are transferable.

This training workshop of an evidence-based intervention should satisfy 15 hours of yearly ongoing professional development for a variety of professions.  You will receive a certificate documenting your participation and completion.
