NOTE: Tour refunds are not available if unable to attend or for late arrivals. Please contact our office to discuss any other refund requests. A $25.00 admin charge will be deducted from any refund. A minimum of 48 hours is required if there is a need to change your booking. In the event of changes to your original booking, there is no guarantee that we can transfer your booking. A re-booking fee may be charged.
All bookings will be confirmed by email from our office within 48 hours of your booking being made here.
The start time for all Private bookings is flexible. Please confirm your preferred start time when we confirm the tour.
The markets are closed to the public. You will be on site at a working market and must follow all OH&S rules in place and the directions of your tour guide.
