Terms and Conditions:

By proceeding you agree to the following terms and conditions of the Mullum Music Festival 2019 (MMF 2019) :

The MMF 2019 is a multi venue festival. The event is not a one stage concert and some popular performances will be full. The MMF 2019 will not oversell or breach the legal capacities of any of the venues of the festival or the combined capacity of the venues.

Entry to the festival is at your own risk.

The rules of each venue of the festival apply at that venue and must be adhered to.

The MMF 2019 shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained at the event or at any of the venues the event is held at.

The MMF 2019 is not responsible for your travel to or from the festival or travel between festival venues or events, or any for any loss, injury or damage sustained whilst travelling to the festival or whilst travelling between festival venues.

Travel on the Magic Bus or other commercial vehicle's provided by the festival for your travel between venues is at your own risk. The festival takes no responsibility for your safety. You should follow the basic safety rules of the vehicle. These include no standing up whilst the vehicle is in motion, you must remain within the vehicle at all times, and you must take direction from the driver and festival staff at all times, including getting on and off the bus.

If the event is cancelled only the face value of the ticket will be refunded and only from the place of purchase.

The right to refuse entry is reserved. You must have photographic identification to purchase alcohol.

The festival is an all weather event however there are some outdoor presentations. The MMF 2019 reserves the right to cancel/ reschedule or relocate these events at its discretion without refunding any part of the ticket price.

All ticket sales are non refundable. Program can be subject to change and the purchaser agrees that the ticket sale and value is for the event and not one specific artist or billing. All line up changes will be posted online and updated daily.

Mullum Music Festival is a 4 day music festival with no one headliner. Tickets are sold for the combined lineup as contracted and agreed by Mullum Music Festival at time of publishing. Mullum Music Festival reserves the right to change the lineup if not at fault of Mullum Music Festival a contracted artist cannot perform. Mullum Music Festival will provide these changes immediately by way of a media release to all relevant channels. Refunds are not provided for tickets purchased for an individual artist change in program.

Tickets are non refundable. Transfers or credits to future Red Square Music Events can be requested

The MMF 2019 reserves the right to change the date, venue, schedule and entertainment.

Persons using tickets for promotions or competitions without permission will be prosecuted.

Any dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated.

Exact running times of the individual venues of the festival can be seen at the festival schedule on the website posted in AUG/SEP 2019.

Please note:
Under 12’s must be in the company of a responsible adult at all times.
Under 18’s must be in the company of a responsible adult when attending the licensed venues.
All those attending Mullum Music Festival 2019 are required to comply with the legal rights and codes of each venue of the festival when attending that venue. This includes dress regulation of the licensed clubs. Festival ticket holders will be required to sign in once at each licensed venue and this will cover signing in for the duration of the festival.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Ticket transfers and forwarded event credits maybe requested by the original purchaser only.

Wristband Exchange:
Please exchange printed or digital tickets for wristbands at the TICKETING HQ at the Mullum Neighbourhood Centre
(Next Door to the Civic Hall on Dalley St) during the following times:

THUR 14th | 3pm–10pm
FRI 15th | 2pm – 10pm
SAT 16th | 8am-8pm
SUN 17th | 8am – 8pm
