Delegates who, after registering, find themselves unable to attend the workshop are welcome to nominate a suitable substitute delegate. If there is no one that can be nominated as a suitable substitute delegate, a refund of registration fees, less a cancellation fee of $75 (incl. GST) will be made if the written cancellation is received in writing by 15 April 2019. Registration cancellations received after 15 April 2019 and up to 30 April 2019 will receive a 50% refund of the full fee payable. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after 30 April 2019, however a suitable substitute delegate may be nominated.
Natural Grace shall not be liable for any costs or losses actually or potentially incurred by the delegate as a direct or indirect result of our cancellation of the woekshop in the event that minimum booking numbers are not received. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover any such cancellations. Registration fees will be refunded in the event that Natural Grace needs to cancel this event due to insufficient booking numbers or other unforeseen events.
