You give permission for Mermaid Tempest & Friends photographer and videographers to take photos of all members of your group and understand that these may be published to social media or used on our website for promotional reasons.
You understand that your child may appear in the background of other peoples images that may be posted to various platforms unrelated to us. We ask that people do their best to only photograph their own children and have respect for each others privacy.
You are allowed to take small videos involving members of your group but are not allowed to record large segments of the show.

How the evening will run and important information:
The magic doors to the auditorium will open at 5:45pm and close at 6:00pm, please have your ticket and group ready.
You have pre allocated seats based on your booking selection and it is important that you sit there. Online bookings will be left open till 5:45pm on the 20th of July however it's like we will sell out, any additional ticket you require for friends should be booked online. We can not gaurentee any tickets will be available at the door as we plan to donate any unsold tickets to charity.
We recomend having an afternoon nap (a beauty sleep) and dinner before the event.
The venues bar and snack shop will be open for purchases pre show and during intermission.
Each ticket includes a special gift bag with some candy as well as a bag of popcorn. Please supervise your children, especially those with allergies or little ones who may get confused between toys and candy. Also, don't loose those raffle tickets as you could miss out on some great prize packs!
The evening is very interative and not the traditional style show where you are required to be seated the whole time. However when it's time to get up and dance or if volenteers are needed we will let you know. For their safety please ensure your children do not climb, or follow us up on the stage unless they are specifically called up by our characters.
There will be a 30 minute intermission as well as time for photos. The show will finish around at 8pm, with doors closing no later then 8:30pm.
To avoid potential confusion with who our actors are, only children under 12 are permitted to wear a costume. The dress code is smart casual but in the past the turnout has veered to the more formal or races side. After all a royal ball is a perfect excuse to get dolled up, plus there are many family photo opportunities.
The cast and crew would like to make it known that due to uncontrolled reasons such as sickness or injury, certain characters may be cut from the show last minute if suitable trained replacements can not be found.
