Terms and Conditions  −  Camden Antiques + Makers Fair 2019

Dealer Information
Applications are now open from interested dealers, for attendance at the 2019 Annual Camden Antiques & Collectables Fair.

Fair dates
Saturday & Sunday, 3 -4 August 2019
Dealer load in: Friday 2 August from 9am to 6pm
Open to the public: Saturday 9.30am to 5pm. Sunday 9.30am to 4pm.

Site fee & inclusions
The site fee of $450 includes;
Allocated area approximately 4m x 3m
1 trestle table
2 chairs
Power - a limited number of powered sites are available. Please only request power if it’s genuinely needed.
Lunch – light meal & refreshments for 2 people per stand

Site allocation
The exhibition will be an open plan event. Careful consideration will be given to ensure like services are not next to each other. Please note a limited number of sites are available per service, this is to ensure a suitable range of antiques and collectables are on offer. In the event a service quota is met, preference will be given to past dealers and applications first in.

Dealer load in/setup
From 9.00am–6.00pm on Friday. Pull down will be from 4pm on Sunday 4 August. Exhibitors must not dismantle prior to 4pm. Dealers are required to unload on Oxley Street or via the loading dock on Mitchell Street. Civic Centre personnel will be on hand to ensure the loading dock is used solely for unloading/loading.

Public liability
All exhibitors are required to insure their own stand for public liability risk. A certificate of currency for no less than $10,000,000 must be provided to the Civic Centre prior to the exhibition.

The site fee is non-refundable.

Third party advertising
Exhibitors are to only display their own product or service, third party promotion is not accepted. In the event of third party advertising additional fees may apply and you may be barred from future fairs.

All bookings will be managed online. Payment is by credit card only. Email or faxed applications will not be accepted. If you have limited or no internet access please phone the Camden Civic Centre on 02 4655 8681 and our administration team will enter the details for you.
