Fees are non-refundable. There is no refund or reduction in fees for missed classes.
Fees cannot be transferred from previous terms or other classes, please book in with a full payment before the beginning of each term.
Children are to be dropped off inside the building by a Parent or Guardian no more than 15 minutes before the start of the class and picked up no more than 15 minutes after the end of the class by a Parent or Guardian unless written consent is given for someone else to pick up your child. A late fee of $30 applies for every 15 minutes after this time.
Parents do not stay during the class.
Carparking is not permitted in the cul-de-sac, this is a NO STOPPING ZONE. Please be respectful of our neighbours and observe the parking signs. Parking is also available on Nilpinna Street and Undelcarra Road.
By enrolling your child with the Ruth Tuck Art School you give permission for us to photograph your child and their artwork for Ruth Tuck Art School’s promotional purposes only. This may include their work being published in our brochures, social media and on our website. If for any safety reasons, you do not wish for us to take or use photos of your child or their artwork please notify us in writing.
Our lessons and demonstrations are the intellectual property of Ruth Tuck Art School and are not to be photographed, recorded or copied in any way.
Unfortunately the Burnside Art and Craft Centre where our lessons are held does not have wheelchair access. Please contact us before enrolling if you or your child require special access requirements.
All of our teachers are DCSI screened for working with children and all due care is taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our students. By enrolling your child with the Ruth Tuck Art School The Parent or Guardian acknowledges that the School or its employees or agents will not be responsible whether in contract or negligence for any loss, harm or injury caused to or suffered by any or all of the child(ren) as a result of negligence of the School or its employees or agents. The Parent or Guardian agrees to indemnify the School and its employees or agents against loss, harm or injury caused to or suffered by any or all of the child(ren) as a result of the negligence of the School or its employees or agents.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
