By purchasing this ticket you are agreeing to the full terms and conditions which can be found on our website www.portfairyfolkfestival.com, or http://www.portfairyfolkfestival.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/PFFF-TC-2020.pdf. Treat your ticket as carefully as cash. This is your proof of purchase and can only be used once. On arrival to Port Fairy you must attend Stadium and present your ticket in person, either on your smartphone or a printed copy and have it exchanged for a wrist band which you must wear on all days of the Festival to gain access. The Stadium (adjacent to the Swimming Pool) in Campbell St will operate from 9am - 11pm on Friday & Saturday, 9am - 6pm on Sunday. Valid Tickets: Festival Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who: Cannot produce a valid e-ticket. Presents an e-ticket that has been purchased or obtained through an unauthorised source. Presents an e-ticket that has been duplicated. Ticket orders will be cancelled if cheques are dishonoured or credit card funds are unavailable. If your ticket has been destroyed, lost or stolen BEFORE the Event starts, contact the PFFF box office on 03 5568 2227. A new ticket will be issued and the original cancelled. A small fee may apply. No Refund Policy: The festival will be held in any weather conditions. The organisers reserve the right to change the program as required at any time without notice. In the event that the festival has to be cancelled tickets will be refunded on request within seven days. Festival Organisers will not refund or replace any tickets when: • the ticket holder is unable or chooses not to attend the event • the e-ticket has been duplicated or purchased from an unauthorised source • the weekend wrist band pass is lost, damaged, forged or stolen from someone else. • the ticket holder has been refused entry or evicted from the premises in any of the circumstances outlined in the Terms and Conditions
Festival Entry Conditions: For the safety and comfort of all you may not bring into the festival venues glass bottles, cans, alcohol, illegal drugs or dangerous items. We reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items and/or refuse entry without refund. Security officials and police have the right to search personal property of ticket holders for safety reasons. Alcohol served at the festival may only be consumed in designated areas. Patrons under 18 year years of age must be in the company of a responsible adult companion in licensed areas. Proof of Age: Youths from 13 to 17 years age must have a valid ticket. Youth tickets may only be purchased by an adult ticket-applicant/ticket-holder. Youth ticket holders must be accompanied at the festival by a parent or responsible adult. For the safety of patrons and equipment any dangerous, irresponsible, unruly, offensive, disturbing or inebriated behaviour is not allowed and offenders will forfeit their ticket and be ejected from the festival. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event and patrons may be filmed incidentally during the event. No backstage access is permitted. Footwear must be worn at all venues. Admission to individual stages is subject to capacity. No claim for compensation or refund shall be made in the event that access to a venue is denied when ‘full house’ is declared for any advertised artist; or if the Event does not meet the ticket holder’s expectations in general. The Festival Arena admission times are: Friday 5.30pm – 1am, Sat 8am – 1am, Sun 8am – 1am, Monday 8am – 2pm.
