Thank you for booking a space at the Hills Fabric and Craft De-Stash event.
By accepting a space at the event to agree to all terms and conditions as outlined in our guidelines.

SPACEHOLDERS TERMS AND GUIDELINES
HILLS FABRIC AND CRAFT DE-STASH EVENT
Date. 5th November 2016
Time. Sellers arrive at 8.30am for set up and clearup at 2pm.
Location. 1470 Stoneville Rd Mundaring
A fee of $45 per space is payable through here to secure your space.
Area is 2m x 1m and areas assigned by date of bookings. And those who know what I am like, you will have more space than this.
We will be putting all sewing goods and scrapbooking, that is, alike sellers together.
All stall holders must supply tables themselves (unless otherwise stated).
Venue will be outdoors on the verandah (and indoors if we get more sellers than anticipated).
The venue's name is The Connection Centre.
DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY
Hills Fabric and Craft De-Stash will not be liable for any loss or damage to the property of the participants due to fire, robbery, accidents or any cause whatsoever that may arise from use and occupancy of the site.
Hills Fabricand Craft De-Stash assume no liability for damages or losses resulting from or relating to the failure of the participants complying with the provisions of this agreement.
START TIME/FINISH TIME BUMP IN/OUT
Doors open at 8.30am for set up, ready to go for opening to the public at 10am.
Clearing up time is 2pm and we must leave the venue by 4pm.
Please note: No clearing up before 2pm as we are still in the public eye.
Please park in carpark and bring items through..
Carpark beside venue, please park at back bays, to allow customers to park closer.
All stallholders are responsible for the storage and removal of their own rubbish.
Please help us in promoting correct use of recycling throughout the event, as I for one am very big on recycling and love to see others do the same.
General rubbish and recycling bins will be provided on site for the public.
Stallholders are responsible for the safety of the public within their allocated areas, so please keep it tidy and neat, no hazards sticking out.
Keep walkways cleared and report any hazards to the coordinator Fleur Adams.
Smoking on site is prohibited.
Please bring your own food and drink to have on the day, though food venues are close by, and we will be providing two bottles of water each.
STAFFING YOUR STALL
Spaces must be manned at all times, as you are responsible for your goods. (We will help out with providing you time for toilet breaks.)
Social media plays a big part in this so please share the community page - https://www.facebook.com/Hills-Fabric-De-Stash and also the current event page. The more you share the better coverage and buyers we get in.
Also there is a newsletter that can be joined via mailchimp - access is on the FaceBook page.
All stallholders will be emailed flyers (to print) and share on social media and by handing out with word of mouth - after all, the more people who know the better everyone’s sales are for the day.
