A ticket confirmation will be emailed to you, but this is not what you will need for admission to the theatre on the day - this is merely for your reference. The official tickets (with allocated seat numbers - within selected section) will be available to pick up from the Commotion reception desk in the week leading up to the concert.
Please take care when booking as tickets cannot be moved between concerts. Refunds are not available.
No person will be allowed entry into the auditorium without a ticket. Performers will not require a ticket for any concert that they are performing in, as they will be backstage throughout the event.
Babies and toddlers ages 3 or younger will not require a ticket, provided they can sit on a parents' lap for the duration of the event.
Throughout the performance videoing and taking of photographs is strictly prohibited. All audience members must remain seated, especially young siblings. Any infants disrupting the performance will be required to be taken outside so as not to distract the audience and the performers.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
