COVID
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event if we believe there is a covid risk to attendees, or to restrict the attendance to people from covid safe areas. A refund will be provided to anyone who comes from a covid hotspot, or an area near a covid hotspot that the event managers feel may post a risk to the attendees.

APPLICATIONS

Wagging Tails Community Concourse reserve the right to reject any application. All car owners who choose to display at the event must agree to and abide by all Terms and Conditions at all times.

EQUIPMENT

Car owners are required to supply their own equipment such as marquee, sand bags, trestle tables and chairs unless they have purchased a VIP upgrade. Car Clubs are welcome to display club material. Extra space for a stall or table may be purchased directly from Wagging Tails Community Inc.

PAYMENT

Payment must be received prior to the event. Invoices can be sent if required.

BUMP IN / OUT / ALLOCATED AREAS

A map of your designated area will be forwarded to you prior to the event and will be available on the Wagging Tails Community Website. No vehicle movements are permitted inside the event site after 12.15pm and before 4.15pm. Special exceptions will only be allowed on permission of Wagging Tails Community Concourse, for example fire and rescue vehicles. Requests for particular positions cannot be guaranteed.

Car owners must: - If installing a marquee, they must erect their marquee prior to the parade, with bump in commencing at 8.30am and to be completed by 11am. Suitable weights are required to ensure it is safe and secure at all times. This is a tarred car park and strictly no pegging is allowed. Marquees larger than 1 car space must be authorised by Wagging Tails Community event managers at least 3 days prior to the event. Check in with the event staff prior to setting up. Marshalls will assist car owners on the day and car owners must follow their instructions. Vehicles must be removed from the grounds after load in, confine their displays and signs to their site and keep walkways clear at all times.

WASTE MANAGEMENT

Upon completion of bump-out, your site must be left clear and tidy with all rubbish removed and taken with you.

PARKING

Off-street parking for cars not on display is provided at the local school grounds. Directions are available on the website and on the day. A free bus service is available to transfer you back to the site.

ITEMS NOT TO BE SOLD

Car owners are not permitted to sell items unless they have also purchased a booth or receive an exemption prior to the day. Any breach will result in disqualification and removal from the area. Car clubs are permitted to display their logo and distribute club specific promotional material from their site.

POWER

All sites are non-powered. Generators are not permitted without prior approval.

SAFETY OF SITE

You are not permitted to leave any boxes, goods, ropes, or protruding tent pegs which may cause trip hazards or potential injury to any person. Exposed cords must be either covered with mats or taped with waterproof tape You are responsible for keeping your site safe and tidy, and will take full responsibility for any injury or damage to any person or personal object if that injury is a result of negligence or an unsafe activity or action on your part.

State regulated Covid practices apply and all car owners, event attendees and stallholders are expected to comply at all times. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the event.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of adverse weather on the day, organisers and management reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event. This will be advertised on waggingtails.com.au from 06.00am on the day at latest. Every effort will be made to reschedule. We reserve the right to cancel the booking of any entrant that comes from a covid hotspot. A full refund, less booking fees, will be issued to the entrant.
