Equipment
Marquees: All stallholders are required to trade out of a 3x3 metre marquee. You will need to supply all of your own equipment including, chairs, display equipment, tables, table covers.

Public Liability Insurance
All Hot Food stallholders must have in place their own public and product liability policy providing a minimum of $10 million cover.
All other stallholders must have in place a public liability policy providing a minimum of $10 million by booking a stall you agree that is is in place.

Bookings and cancellations
Please note that you will be automatically allocated a site.
Payment of Stall Fees must be made at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made by 5 pm Tuesday the week of the market.

Refunds & Credits
Foragers Market is an all-weather market, Stall Fees are not refundable unless the event is cancelled. Contact us in relation to this.If stall holders breachs our terms and conditions or for any reason that the management team decide it is in the best interest of the market they may be suspended from trading until further notice.

Before logging in you need to accept our rules & regulations AND by booking you agree you have the above insurance in place and current.
